Sharing Information /   Transitions to ‘Big School’

Please remember key-workers and myself  are always available to discuss your child’s progress with you at any stage of their learning journey through Poppets. We welcome an exchange of information in order to best meet your child’s needs and offer activities that enhance and develop their CURRENT interests.

Please do continue to add to your child’s Tapestry account adding learning and skills seen at home or fun picture of what your child has enjoyed and the adventures they have with you

This really helps us to prepare information ready for school transition.

After the May half term holiday I will be asking to see all parents of children leaving Poppets this summer in order to complete transition documents. There is space for a photo of your child to be sent to their receiving school. If you would like to add a photo please bring one to our meeting. Once we have completed our final assessments and recordings of your child’s next steps we will invite you to meet with your child’s key worker and myself.

Best wishes and our thanks for your continued support
